Cooking Demo event is back!!
Interested in exploring international flavours and finding your new favourite recipe? Join our upcoming Cooking Demo and follow our volunteer Sezin as she teaches you how to make Kisir, a Turkish bulgur-based salad.
The main ingredients are finely ground bulgur, parsley, dill and tomato paste. Common additional ingredients include spring onion, sour pomegranate molasses, olive oil and lemon juice, cucumber, pickle and spices. It can be served with lettuce leaves.
We look forward to seeing all the internationals out there who want to try something new on this culinary adventure! Please register in advance and bon apetit!
